We are looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator for our wonderful interiors client, based in South West London, to manage primarily email campaigns and digital communications, working closely with the graphic design and web design teams, reporting to the Marketing Director.
This role requires someone with well-honed analytical skills and experience with campaign data analysis and reporting tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for mailing campaigns, analysis of data, the creation of digital messaging across all mediums, virtual lookbooks and digital pattern books, and the company website.
Prior experience in luxury textiles and digital marketing is essential, alongside knowledge of key mailing platforms and best practices, i.e. Mailchimp. A passion for interiors is vital for this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Email campaign planning, creation, and delivery for UK and EU markets
- Maintain and manage email and GDPR best practice
- Mailchimp database management
- Brief design team regarding campaign requirements
- Coordinate translation of email campaigns into French, German, and Italian
- Coordinate email campaigns with US team
- Campaign analysis
- Social media content planning and creation
- Media post scheduling (Hootsuite)
- Managing and escalating queries and engaging with user-generated content
- Liaise with customers regarding image usage rights
- Monthly reporting and data analysis on social media and email campaigns
- Manage and monitor YouTube channel and Pinterest board
- Social media and email trend market research
- Coordinate website updates with graphic design and US team
- Ensure reported website issues are relayed to web team
- Develop spec sheets
- Organise relevant materials for easy access to provide online sellers
