This successful Private Equity business is seeking a level headed well presented superstar c-suite EA / Operations Manager to keep this retail / real estate equity specialist in check and running smoothly. The successful candidate would be working primarily for the CEO, but also looking after the wider needs of their small but heavy hitting team. This is a really interesting role with alot of exposure so excellent experience is required and someone who is capable of managing all the requirements needed for monthly board meetings. They would like corporate experience preferablyfrom a property retail background and in a similarly fast paced environment. Microsoft suite expertise, particularly in PowerPoint is an essential requirement. Duties include but are not limted to:Diary managementExpensesPoint of contact for office spaceOffice administrator (IT issues, deliveries, stationery orders etc)Point of contact for key contactsManage filing systemMaintain / monitor business calendar for events / meeting / assist with preparationAct as key point of contact for meeting / travel logistics for Board membersManage production of quarterly business reportCoordinate board meetingsManage and circulate materials for Board meetingsCoordinate meeting minutes Salary: £50 – 70K + disc bonus & healthcareHours: Full time, 9.00am to 5.30pmBased: Central London (4 days office & WFH with additional flexibility)
