Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their senior living luxury homes business on a contract of six to nine months, with potential for permanent employment. The role involves developing new business in this growing sector.

The ideal candidate must be able to start immediately, as this is a busy team. They should have previous experience in digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a high level of numeracy and analytical ability. The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple projects and prioritising conflicting demands.

A thorough understanding of digital, design, and print processes is required, along with creative flair and the ability to create impactful marketing materials.

This Marketing Manager should uphold high personal, professional, and ethical standards, be a self-starter, meticulous, and willing to go the extra mile.

Essential skills include solid digital marketing experience, proficiency in Canva and MailChimp, strong computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and a degree from a recognised university or business school.

Contract Details

• Duration: Minimum 6–9 months with potential for permanent employment
• Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to overall marketing and sales strategy
2. Develop and deliver digital marketing plans
3. Prepare digital marketing content
4. Ensure delivery of digital marketing materials, advertising, and PR, liaising with key stakeholders
5. Coordinate sales event plans
6. Create and manage networks and partnerships
7. Develop and implement local PR plans, liaising with PR agencies and media
8. Analyze, evaluate, and adapt marketing activities as needed
