This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and knows how to make a Director’s life run smoothly. The right person will be someone who anticipates, prepares, and quietly keeps everything on track without being asked. The successful candidate will be the Director’s right hand – managing everything from complex diary and travel arrangements to stakeholder communications and project tracking, and comfortable managing complex and shifting priorities. This role calls for someone with a can-do attitude, sharp instincts, initiative, and the kind of discretion that goes without saying.
Applicants must have five years’ plus experience supporting a Chief Technology Officer or C-suite executive, with a history of senior stakeholder management and exposure to high-profile business environments. They must be someone who understands knowing when to act, when to hold back, and how to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion. Above all, this person must be highly organised and technically confident, alongside excellent written and verbal English and a sharp eye for detail. An interest in tech is beneficial but not essential.
Hours: 9-5.30pm
Salary: £45-50k
Based: SE London / Croydon area (transport options)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meticulous diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating travel arrangements, visas and itineraries with the travel team
- Preparing polished PowerPoint presentations, documents / agendas
- Managing projects and maintaining tracking reports
- Screening and responding to enquiries / requests
- Planning and preparing for meetings, including minute-taking and distribution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Administering monthly expense claims
- Supporting department budget preparation
- Handling IT queries / liaising with IT department as necessary
