This bespoke furniture and interiors design / build client is looking for an ambitious and driven Client Development Manager, to be responsible for supporting delivery of outstanding client and brand experience This Client Development Manager will be responsible for increasing revenue through marketing and account management and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities. The successful candidate should be responsive, approachable and skilled at developing / maintaining long-term relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders. This client is looking for a candidate with industry experience, high standards expected, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and sales abilities. They should have 2 – 3 years proven track record in achieving sales targets, and process a wealth of established industry relationships, strong business acumen and desire for business growth. Duties include but are not limited to:Generate annual revenue in relevant sales territory.Meet or exceed targetsProactively organize meetings with targetsDrive overall results with excellent sales pipeline managementDevelop a deep understanding of accounts and / needsTrack / manage account activity & demonstrate execution of strategyResearch, monitor and analyse client, competitor and market trendsLead and coach direct report(s)Attend industry events and co-host showroom events Hours: 9-6pmSalary: 42-50K + commissionBased: London **Joyce Guiness is one of London’s longest-established business support recruitment agencies.
