We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious London Lifestyle Management Agency agency for an experienced Senior Lifestyle Manager. This is an opportunity for a polished, service-led professional with experience in luxury lifestyle management, private service, luxury concierge or high-end PA roles.
The successful candidate will support a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional PA, concierge and lifestyle management services. This is a fast-paced role where discretion, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate client requirements are essential.
Clients will rely on you to manage complex arrangements, solve unusual or time-sensitive requests and deliver an exceptional luxury management experience.
Candidates should be highly organised, commercially aware and resourceful, with a calm and confident approach under pressure. Excellent relationship management skills are required, together with extensive knowledge and established network of luxury suppliers. Experience negotiating with suppliers and using digital tools/Ai would also be advantageous.
Based: London – hybrid, 4 days in the office / 1 day from home
Hours: 9am–6pm, with flexibility for occasional late evenings

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Arranging private jets, hotels, villas, yachts, transfers and complex travel itineraries
- Securing restaurants, private dining, VIP experiences and exclusive events
- Organising theatre, concerts, sporting events and special occasions
- Managing personal arrangements including gifts, flowers, birthdays and family plans
- Coordinating property, household staff, contractors and maintenance
- Sourcing rare items, personal shopping and luxury purchases
- Supporting family arrangements including schools, tutors, camps and children's activities
- Planning luxury holidays, ski trips, yacht charters, private chefs and activities
- Building relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, clubs and other suppliers
- Finding creative solutions to complex and time-sensitive client requests
