We’re seeking an experienced Family Personal Assistant to support a busy, international family with homes in London and Europe. The role is primarily remote, with some travel occasionally to assist at meetings, family trips, and luxury brand events.
You’ll support the wife with her luxury brand, from pop-ups to front-facing events, while also managing personal and household logistics for the family and their two young children (no childcare, but related PA support such as personal shopping).
This role is ideal for a proactive, polished, bilingual PA who thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment and enjoys variety.
Essential: Driving Licence & fluent in English & French - with Spanish and/or Arabic - or all four!
Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary, travel & logistics management across time zones
- Business & personal support, including meetings, follow-ups, and document handling
- Coordination of properties, staff, and events
- Discreet handling of correspondence and communications
- Support brand activities and events with professionalism and warmth
