We are working on behalf of a well-established financial charity, to find an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join their small, close-knit team, on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a meaningful, supporting role across all areas of the charity’s operations, working in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Our client is seeking a capable and adaptable individual who is happy to get involved in a wide variety of tasks. You will work primarily within Microsoft Dynamics CRM, so experience on this would be a big plus, and strong Microsoft Office skills are generally a must. Experience in the charity or financial sector would be advantageous, though it is by no means essential.
The successful candidate should be based in London or within commutable distance to Central London. Mondays in the office are required, with remaining hours worked flexibly, either spread across the week or condensed into 2/3 days.
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (scope for flexibility on WFH days)
Based: Monday’s office-based in Mayfair, scope to WFH on other days

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating, updating and maintaining records within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Preparing the charity’s Gift Aid claim
- Drafting letters to donors and charities relating to grant awards
- Completing transfer documents relating to donated shareholdings
- Liaising with beneficiary charities regarding grant payments and receipts
- Long-term diary planning for the organisation
