We are looking for a degree-educated, enthusiastic, confident and motivated Account Manager to join a leading training consultancy, on a part-time basis, to work with and build relationships with a range of clients across a variety of industry sectors. Our client provides a supportive and can-do culture, with a commitment to understanding client needs and providing outstanding customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop account management skills, with any necessary training and development provided, enabling the right candidate to build a successful career in sales and account management. They seek ambitious and confident applicants, willing to embrace responsibility and new challenges, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all areas.
The right candidate will be a proactive team player, with that small team, muck-in mentality. Building rapport with key decision makers in a variety of sectors and sizes of businesses is at the heart of this role. Therefore, along with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, expert and confident communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer service, are required. MS Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint, and strong administrative skills are required.
Part-time: Ideally 3 days per week, but flexible. Start: ASAP.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sell programmes and tailored solutions
- Respond to enquiries
- On-going client account management
- Diary management
- Organising & coordinating in-person and virtual client training
- Organising open training programmes delivered virtually
- Client communication over Teams / Zoom as necessary
- Formatting materials in Word
- Process bookings received
- Raise sales invoices
