Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and motivated Account Manager to join a leading training consultancy, on a 1-year maternity cover contract, to work with and build relationships with a range of clients across a variety of industry sectors. Our client provides a supportive and can-do culture, with a commitment to understanding client needs and providing outstanding customer service.

Building rapport with key decision makers in a variety of sectors and sizes of businesses is at the heart of this role. Therefore, along with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, expert and confident communication skills, with a deep understanding of customer service, are required.

MS Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint, and strong administrative skills are required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- On-going client account management
- Diary management
- Organising & coordinating in-person and virtual client training
- Organising open training programmes delivered virtually
- Client communication over Teams / Zoom as necessary
- Formatting materials in Word
- Process bookings received
- Raise sales invoices
