Supply Chain Planning & Settlement Manager

Responsibilities Settlement Review and resolve complex invoice inquiries, payment discrepancies, and escalations from suppliers via ticketing systems, email, or calls; Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring settlement defects and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence; Maintain and report key operational metrics (e.g., invoice adoption rate, dispute resolution time, payment accuracy) to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis; Supply Chain Planning Support Support inbound, inventory, and outbound planning cycles by validating data inputs and tracking execution against plan; Monitor planning accuracy metrics and flag deviations to senior planners and cross-functional partners; Contribute to forecasting quality improvement initiatives by identifying data anomalies and process gaps that impact planning reliability; Data Analysis Identify opportunities to streamline settlement and planning processes through automation and standardization; Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support operational visibility and decision-making; Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for settlement and planning workflows; Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with vendor managers, finance teams, and operations stakeholders to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and settlement issues; Communicate findings, recommendations, and risks clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership; Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, accounts payable/settlement, finance operations, or a related analytical role; Experience with Accounts Payable processes and purchase-to-pay (P2P) workflows; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation) Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels; Preferred Qualifications Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (forecasting, demand management, inventory optimization); Experience driving process improvements with measurable results; Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies; Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment with ambiguous requirements.
