Graphic Designer / Creative Designer in London

We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer for a short-term project (freelance up to 3 months) to support our local campaign efforts with compelling, on-brand visuals across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment and can bring stories to life through engaging design. This role will support EU design team during peak trading season. Key Responsibilities: Design assets for local retail events across web, app, and offline formats. Produce visual content for email marketing campaigns (EDMs), aligning with campaign themes and promotional calendars. Create organic social media content that showcases key products, SKUs, and merchandising stories. Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver high-impact visuals. Ensure all assets are on-brand, optimised for their respective platforms, and adapted for local market nuances. Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver consistently high-quality work under tight deadlines. Contribute to creative brainstorming and maintain alignment with overall brand look and feel. Qualifications: Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and figma; after effects is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities Comfortable working cross-functionally.
