Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above via nationally accredited full-time enrollment, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; experience in building risk control and compliance systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Java; well-versed in mainstream frameworks such as Spring and My Batis, with strong cross-technology adaptability.
Deep understanding of distributed architecture (SOA/microservices), message queues (Kafka/Rabbit MQ), and caching systems (Redis/Memcached).
- Familiar with mainstream AI Agent development frameworks and genuinely curious about large AI model applications.
Candidates with hands-on experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, memory management, RAG, knowledge graphs, and SFT are strongly preferred.
- Possesses a strong sense of professionalism and ownership, a proactive work ethic, independent analytical and problem-solving skills, high self-motivation, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative team spirit.
