Assistant Manager Kitchen – Cambridge Station
Salary: £32,000 to 32,500 + 15% Monthly Bonus + Excellent Pret Benefits
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager at our Cambridge Station store.
As AMK, you will play a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the store, leading and developing your team, driving business performance and ensuring consistently high operational standards.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
- Ensuring excellent standards of food quality, customer service, health & safety and operational excellence.
- Driving sales, profitability and overall business performance.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
- Creating an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.
- Spending dedicated time coaching and developing your team to support their growth and progression.
