Are you an experienced Warehouse or Operations Manager who enjoys leading people, improving processes and keeping a busy business running efficiently? Bovill & Boyd is a well-established and growing business, and they're looking for an experienced Warehouse & Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their business in East Kilbride. This is a key management position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with responsibility for ensuring the warehouse, office and wider team work together efficiently. You'll take ownership of staff management, stock control, order processing, customer service and operational performance, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and productivity across the business. Oversee the day-to-day management of warehouse and office personnel, ensuring departments are appropriately staffed and operating efficiently. Motivate, support and develop employees to encourage high performance and teamwork. Warehouse & Operational Management Oversee site facilities, maintenance and general utilities. Office, Customer & Supplier Management Oversee the complete order process, from initial customer enquiry through to receipt of payment. Maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers to ensure requirements and delivery commitments are met. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor company KPIs and develop departmental KPIs to improve performance. Lead the implementation of Lean, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. Ensure company reporting requirements are completed accurately and on time, including CRM reporting, quarterly planning and continuous improvement activities. Proven experience managing warehouse, operations or a similar environment with responsibility for both people and processes. Experience overseeing stock control, order processing and operational workflows. Experience working with KPIs and monitoring operational performance.
