Role Overview: We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep Joveo running efficiently. You will own processes, drive cross-functional execution, and build the operational backbone that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operational workflows across one or more business functions
  • Design and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead structured improvement initiatives
  • Track operational KPIs and produce regular performance reporting for leadership
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on operational priorities and resources
  • Build and lead operational team members through clear direction and development support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations management role in a technology or services company
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to diagnose problems and track outcomes
  • Excellence in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with operations tooling (spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, or similar)
