Role Overview: We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Joveo's paid acquisition strategy across all digital channels. You will manage budget, build campaigns, optimize relentlessly, and report results with precision — making every dollar of marketing spend work harder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage paid media budgets across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels
- Design, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns targeting enterprise buyers
- Build audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and retargeting frameworks
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Track and report on ROAS, CPA, pipeline attribution, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with demand generation, content, and sales teams on integrated campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns at scale
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
- Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch revenue reporting
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar)
- Data-driven decision-making — rigorous about experimentation and measurement
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments preferred
