Role Overview: We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep Joveo running efficiently. You will own processes, drive cross-functional execution, and build the operational backbone that scales with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational workflows across one or more business functions
- Design and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead structured improvement initiatives
- Track operational KPIs and produce regular performance reporting for leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on operational priorities and resources
- Build and lead operational team members through clear direction and development support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations management role in a technology or services company
- Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to diagnose problems and track outcomes
- Excellence in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with operations tooling (spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities at scale
- Effective communicator and relationship builder across functions and seniority levels
