The Role
Our Biopharma team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to expand institutional sales of our scientific video journal and databases to biopharma companies worldwide. We’re looking for a hunter who can primarily drive new business growth in this sector.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of biopharmaceutical accounts, progressing opportunities from prospecting to closure.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business targets.
- Build strong relationships with R&D decision-makers, librarians, and scientific stakeholders within biopharma organizations.
- Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns, including cold outreach, email engagement, and virtual meetings.
- Work with the marketing and customer success teams to tailor campaigns and maximize engagement per account.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and influence senior decision-makers
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to activity planning and goal-setting
- A drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges.
- Experience with Salesforce or relevant sales CRM, MS Office is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.
