  • We’re seeking a results-oriented

Senior Director of Marketing to lead global marketing and brand strategies for Jo VE’s education and science research solutions.

The ideal candidate will set the strategic vision, proactively develop and oversee the execution of data-driven programs to drive demand, accelerate revenue growth, and deepen brand engagement across educators, researchers, and librarians worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global marketing and brand strategy with a primary focus on generating qualified leads and converting them into meaningful engagement actions, including trial requests and product adoption.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing global marketing team of 20+ specialists across Campaigns, Outreach, Communications, and Events, owning performance and delivery against KPIs.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email, social, webinars, events, and thought leadership.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen brand recognition and awareness while positioning Jo VE as a go-to resource for education and science research.
  • Design and execute audience engagement strategies that attract, nurture, and convert prospects into trial users and active leads.
  • Establish clear KPIs, and conversion metrics; monitor ROI and funnel impact, and continuously optimize programs to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing. Experience in Ed Tech, academic publishing or Saa S is preferred.
  • 7+ years of management experience, successfully leading high-performing teams in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively develop and execute innovative marketing programs that generate leads, convert them into engaged users (e. g., trials, demos, or similar engagement actions), and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong experience managing integrated, multi-channel marketing programs across email, social, events, webinars, content, and thought leadership.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
