In this high-impact role, you will own revenue performance, lead and develop a team of Account Executives, and drive strategic growth across biopharma accounts.
- Own and drive revenue performance for the biopharma vertical, consistently meeting and exceeding growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand adoption of JoVE’s research video library across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression, ensuring disciplined execution of complex, multi-stakeholder (biopharma librarians, R&D leadership) sales cycles.
- Define and track KPIs to measure team performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- ~10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
- ~ Demonstrated success driving revenue growth in high growth sales environments.
- ~ Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- ~ Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
