We're seeking a results-driven Training & Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of high impact learning programs across our global organization. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business needs and develop targeted training & development solutions that strengthen employee performance and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end training programs from design to delivery, achieving measurable improvements in performance and productivity.
- Author and maintain engaging training content for e-learning, virtual, and live sessions, with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Analyze skill gaps and business priorities to develop targeted learning interventions that address performance barriers.
- Build and implement post-training evaluations and reinforcement micro-learnings to ensure knowledge retention and ensure consistent on-the-job application.
- Own and continuously improve key KPIs, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up time, training completion and application rates, and measurable performance improvements.
- Develop and scale career development pathways that accelerate internal mobility and strengthen leadership and functional talent pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure all learning initiatives are strategically aligned with department goals, driving both capability building and business impact.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Strong expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies; relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Brightspace.
- Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling learning programs that drive measurable skill development and business impact.
- Ability to comprehend complex or technical information and translate it into clear, engaging, and effective training content.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
