Role
JoVE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our biopharma vertical. In this high-impact role, you will own revenue performance, lead and develop a team of Account Executives, and drive strategic growth across biopharma accounts. You will play a critical role in expanding JoVE’s subscriptions within industry research teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue performance for the biopharma vertical, consistently meeting and exceeding growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand adoption of JoVE’s research video library across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression, ensuring disciplined execution of complex, multi-stakeholder.
