Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to position JoVE as a must-have solution for educational institutions and biopharma companies.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, events and webinars.
  • Create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience, including faculty, researchers and librarians.
  • Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and make continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand messaging is aligned and impactful.
  • Partner with PR agencies to secure media coverage and manage all aspects of external communications.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand leadership roles.
  • Experience in higher education or Edtech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to execute high impact projects.
  • Track record of building strong brands that achieve market recognition, business growth and resonance among target audiences.
  • Familiarity with latest trends in AI and its applications in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, result-oriented, and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other marketing CRMs is preferred.
