For Companies Alliance Newsis seeking a Reporter to join its business news team covering companies, economics and markets globally.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate prior interest in business news, good journalism skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately. The role will suit someone looking to get into financial journalism, taking a next step in their career, or returning to work after a career break.
The position is full-time. It is partly office-based near Paddington Station in central London and partly home-based. Applicants seeking a part-time or fully remote position will be considered, however. Please state your preference clearly in your cover letter.
Applicants for a full‐time position must have permission to work in the UK, except under limited circumstances.
Alliance News is a London-based news agency serving financial professionals and retail investors, with readership in leading dealing rooms and on prominent websites.
Starting salary: £28,000 pa or depending on experience
