Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred support in individuals' homes and within the community.
Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and proactive strategies. xgikmsk
Support individuals with daily living skills, including:
Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Housekeeping and laundry
Managing finances and budgeting
Shopping and accessing community facilities
Encourage and promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy.
