Working within a PBS framework, you will focus on understanding the reasons behind behaviours of concern, promoting positive outcomes, and enabling people to achieve their personal goals while maintaining dignity, respect, and choice.
Using Positive Behaviour Support principles, you will also support individuals to develop skills, engage in their communities, maintain their tenancies, and lead fulfilling lives without the need for restrictive practices.

We are looking for caring, reliable, and Learning Disabilities Support Workers who can provide motivated Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to join our Supported Living and Domiciliary Care team.
This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred support in individuals' homes and within the community.
Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and proactive strategies.
Support individuals with daily living skills, including:
Personal care
Medication support
Meal preparation
Housekeeping and laundry
Managing finances and budgeting
Shopping and accessing community facilities
Encourage and promote independence, choice, and self-advocacy.
