What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end design for Book across discovery, UX, UI and delivery.
  • Translate business goals, data insights, and hotel requirements into elegant, high-performing booking experiences.
  • Own core user journeys such as search, availability, selection, checkout, upsell, and gifting.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research — interviews, usability tests, funnel analysis, behavioural insights.
  • Use CRO principles, analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable improvements in conversion and revenue.
  • Create high-quality flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs.
  • Contribute to and expand our design system with scalable, reusable components.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure smooth handover, clarity and high-quality implementation.
  • Support both iterative improvements and larger strategic projects, including the upcoming UX/UI overhaul.
  • Present work with clarity, rationale and evidence — influencing thinking across teams.
  • Champion data-informed, human-centred design and help evolve the product culture.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years in product design, ideally in e-commerce, B2C, retail or transactional platforms.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work with clear commercial outcomes.
  • Strong UX capabilities: user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, IA.
  • Strong UI craft with a clean, contemporary digital aesthetic.
  • Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, CRO and A/B testing to guide decisions.
  • Comfortable designing for mobile-first experiences and responsive interfaces.
  • Experienced running user interviews, usability tests and research cycles.
  • Systems thinker with experience working within and contributing to design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, articulate, persuasive.
  • Confident working in cross-functional squads with product and engineering.
  • Calm under pressure, organised, and able to balance detail with speed.
