You’ll play a key role in the delivery of digital projects — from new website builds and ecommerce platforms to ongoing content updates across our client portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands. With an eye for detail, a natural flair for language, and confidence working in CMS platforms, you’ll be responsible for ensuring websites are launched and maintained to a high standard. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to populate pages, implement SEO best practices, and ensure content is both technically accurate and beautifully presented. You’ll also support the digital merchandising of our eCommerce booking platform — making sure that content, descriptions, imagery, and videos are well-optimized for user experience and conversion. Over time, you’ll grow your copywriting skills — crafting on-brand content for new web pages, landing pages, and other digital formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Populate and update websites using WordPress
  • Build out pages using content modules, ensuring visuals, copy, and layout match Figma designs
  • Write or edit short-form copy such as CTAs, page intros, headlines, and meta descriptions
  • Apply SEO best practices (H1s, metas, image alts, internal links, etc.)
  • Work alongside the Copy & Content team to maintain brand tone across all pages
  • Support on QA and testing for new site launches – flagging bugs, broken links, layout issues
  • Coordinate with design, dev, and project management to hit content milestones and deadlines
  • Support the delivery of wider digital marketing activity - email campaigns, landing pages, etc.
  • Keep asset libraries and content management systems tidy and up to date
  • Optimise content across our eCommerce booking platform to drive conversion — including descriptions, visuals, and video content
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment in all bookable product listings

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • An eye for design, layout, formatting, and UX — and a drive to get things pixel-perfect
  • Confident using CMS platforms, with an understanding of how content and structure work together
  • Comfortable working to briefs, with the ambition to grow creatively
  • Calm under pressure and organized with tasks, deadlines, and collaboration
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and support multiple teams when needed

Technical Experience:

  • Experience working with WordPress, including blocks/modules, media handling, and basic formatting tools
  • Basic understanding of SEO for on-page content (headers, metas, alts, internal linking)
  • Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD for referencing designs
  • Previous experience supporting digital or web projects
  • Strong written skills - ideally with examples of professional writing or editing
  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms or booking engines is a bonus
