Spanning a wide range of districts and planned to support 500,000 residents, it brings together world-class attractions, major global events, and diversified leisure offerings while contributing to broader national transformation ambitions.
This Next-Gen Visualisation programme supports this vision by establishing a scalable digital production ecosystem—including a continuously updatable Unreal Engine “Marketing Twin”—that enables consistent, high-quality storytelling across multiple stakeholders. This platform integrates asset governance, real-time workflows, and creative guidelines to ensure the digital representation of the city evolves in parallel with its physical development and can be used reliably by internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Ownership & Execution: Own defined segments of data workflow (intake, validation, tracking, release, or approvals).
- Maintain accurate registers, trackers, and logs of data status and dependencies.
- Support adherence to naming conventions, versioning, and governance.
- Liaise with internal teams (Design, Experience, Pipeline, Production) to clarify data requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants and partner agencies on data updates.
- Surface risks, blockers, or ambiguities to Lead Data / Technical.
Data Quality & Integrity
- Verify completeness and correctness of incoming data.
- Ensure outgoing data is approved, packaged, and traceable.
- Support Pipeline and Technical teams by identifying automation opportunities.
- Contribute to onboarding teams into data workflows and platforms.
- Assist in evaluating and improving data tools, trackers, and systems.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Demonstrated experience in data coordination, asset management, digital production, or technical operations.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail at scale.
- Familiarity with structured data, file systems, and version control.
- Clear communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in VFX, games, real‑time visualisation, or similar workflows is desirable.
