We are recruiting for an Audio-Visual Installation Engineer for a growing Wokingham based company. Based out of Wokingham, Berkshire the ideal candidate will have an adaptable, flexible can-do attitude, outstanding client facing skills and the willingness to travel. Training can be provided for the right person as long as you are happy with a power tool, hanging 65" screens etc!
The salary for this role is £26,500 working 37.5 hours a week but there is plenty of overtime available to earn more money. Must have a driving license as this role is 50/50 warehouse and site based. Travel is in a company vehicle and is mainly around the local/London area.
Main responsibilities for the AV Installation Engineer are:
- Support the sales in providing working solutions and ensuring that equipment is complete and functional.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Provide onsite support of equipment during customer events.
- Support all other internal engineering departments.
- Preparation and installation of a wide range of AV solutions.
- The scope of work can range from single items of equipment to large scale event rollouts.
Skills required for the AV Installation Engineer are:
