Do you want to join a growing recruitment company in the centre of Marlow, Bucks and be part of a fun, vibrant and successful team? This role is open to both recent graduates looking to start their career in recruitment and candidates with relevant sales experience who want to transition into the recruitment field. The role has a great training process and so you will be up and running in no time with the help of this friendly team.
You will work on a full 360 process so will be involved in every step of the way, from interviewing candidates, writing and submitting their CVs, and placing them in their new role. The role is office based working Monday to Thursday 8.30-5:30pm with a 5.00pm finish on Fridays. Offering a basic salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with 1st year OTE between £35,000 - £50,000, plus 25 days holiday, exciting competitions, annual trips abroad, flexi-time for top performers, excellent career progression.
