A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Events & Volunteering Administrator to join our client based close to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, supporting colleagues with communications and administration to ensure the smooth delivery of volunteering activities and events. Working with volunteers, sponsors, and suppliers, they will assist with education outreach, sponsorship growth, and event coordination.
This amazing opportunity is based close to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire with only 1 day per week in the office and 4 days working from home. The salary for this role is up to £25,000 dependent on experience plus a fantastic bonus and benefit scheme.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential for this Events & Volunteering Administrator role. Candidates should have administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What will I be doing in the Events & Volunteering Administrator role?

Assisting with all administration and coordination.

Monitoring the inbox and dealing with all queries

Maintaining databases and records from the CRM platform

Producing surveys to track event feedback

Assisting with the coordination of in person/virtual events such as scheduling, working with speakers, preparing sponsorship material, setting up webinars and more.
