We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join a sales team on a one-year maternity cover contract. This role is key to ensuring smooth sales operations, supporting account teams, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You’ll be working in beautiful offices in Windsor, Berkshire, collaborating across teams to help drive company success. This role will be office based for the first 3 months and then hybrid (3 days office, 2 days at home). The salary is £35-45,000.
What You’ll do as a Sales Operations Analyst:
- Manage Customer Change Requests – Track and support the process, ensuring timely updates and smooth coordination
- Support the Sales Team – Assist with quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and key sales processes
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless progress on customer requests
- Data & Reporting – Keep systems updated and present updates at monthly account meetings
- Process Improvement – Help refine workflows and provide training on the process
