Our lovely client is in need of a reliable Receptionist & Administrator at their wonderful childcare setting based in Ascot. This role will involve supporting the Office Manager with daily administration and helping with reception duties. If you are looking to join a very friendly team, this role is perfect for you. This is a part time job share role working 15 hours over 3 days a week and the days and hours are ideally: * Tuesday: 7:45am-1:15pm * Thursdays: 7:45am-1:15pm * Fridays: 7:45am-1:15pm They will pay £13 per hour for this wonderful role. Main Responsibilities: * Diary management, co-ordinating parent visits and dealing with enquiries * Manage admissions process, including applications for funding and new enquiry administration * Working closely with the office manager to ensure that tasks are prioritised, and customer service standards are met * Ensure that Health & Safety policies are fully implemented throughout the setting * Ensure that own work practices consider the welfare & safeguarding of each child within the nursery school Skills Required: * At least one year’s proven administrative experience * Excellent general administrative and organisational skills * Excellent computer skills to move between programmes such as Outlook and various web based CRM platforms * Ability to prioritise and work independently * Good front of house manner when using phone and email * The post will be subject to appropriate vetting procedures and a satisfactory DBS check If this sounds like the perfect role for you please APPLY NOW
