Job Description
This is a 6 month fixed term contract – fully office based position in Windsor. ** (possibility of becoming a permanent role in the future)\\nFabulous opportunity to be an “extra pair of hands” in a growing, international organisation in the heart of Windsor. Stunning offices and working conditions.\\nWhat does the PA/Admin role in Windsor involve?\\nProvide PA and Administrative support for Senior Management and administrative support on an as-needed basis for other areas of the business.\\nThe annual salary for this role will be up to £40k dependent on experience.
This is a fully office based role,\\nJob Responsibilities:\\n * PA support, including arranging internal and external meetings, booking travel, gatekeeping, processing expenses, etc\\n * General admin support to the teams including organising flight, hotel and taxi bookings through a dedicated travel agency\\n * Attendance at meetings which require preparation of agendas, collation of reports and the taking of accurate minutes\\n * Arranging ad-hoc meetings, sometimes off-site, including organising catering\\n * Raising purchase orders\\n * Tracking team travel and approval of invoices\\n * Project support during implementation period including document management, control of project intranet page (SharePoint), minute taking at project reviews\\n * Occasional reception cover for full time receptionist during breaks/holidays etc.\\n * Provide additional cover for other administrative staff during absences or when assisting with specific projects and ad-hoc tasks\\n * Assist in the organisation/coordination of Company events\\n * Act on behalf of the team as a liaison between internal departments, offices and customers\\nRequired Skills and experience:\\n * Previous Admin/PA experience is essential, preferably in an international company\\n * Experience of reporting into multiple managers\\n * Strong administration, planning and organisational skills\\n * Good written and oral communication\\n * Ability to produce accurate and professional written documentation, particularly on MS Word\\n * Self-starter who can be proactive and forward thinking but can also react quickly to urgent situations\\n * Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\\n * Knowledge of SharePoint advantageous\\n * Previous project support beneficial\\n * Ability to multi-task\\nApply today to find out more about this exciting opportunity
