An ambitious and organised individual is sought to join the Projects & Operations team as a Junior Project Coordinator based in a fabulous firm close to Marlow. This entry-level role provides essential administrative and coordination support, with a clear pathway to progress into a Junior Project Manager within 1–2 years. Working closely with the Project Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will assist with project administration, order processing, supplier communication, and tender support, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. This role is based near Marlow, offering a salary of up to £28,000, with excellent opportunities for learning, development, and career progression within a supportive team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project records, files, and documentation.
  • Update ERP/project systems with order and project information.
  • Assist with purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Support tendering, quotation tracking, and basic cost data preparation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, agendas, and project status reports.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and act as a first point of contact for routine queries.
