A leading internationally renowned technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a fully office-based role in Windsor, Berkshire. This is a senior, hands-on position requiring providing support to leaders and employees in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leadership and managers, providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, HR policy, and learning and development. This is a fully office based role in central Windsor with a competitive salary between £70,000 and £90,000 dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused guidance
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, flexible working requests, and performance management issues
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law and corporate standards
- Coach and support managers to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant people management practices
- Lead and oversee learning and development initiatives, including soft skills training and performance management programmes
- Identify skills gaps and support talent development and succession planning
- Oversee graduate and early careers development programmes
- Support onboarding, offboarding, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activity
- Contribute to reward benchmarking, performance review cycles, and retention strategies
- Ensure GDPR compliance, maintain secure HR records, and represent HR in audits
- Deliver HR projects and contribute to wider regional HR initiatives
Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior HR or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organised approach
- Experience coordinating or leading learning and development activity
- Confident using HR systems and data (HRIS, MS Office)
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience) desirable
