We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected client to find a dedicated Reasonable Adjustments Manager on a part time basis (2.5 days/week) on a 12-month fixed term contract. Our client is a not for profit organisation based close to High Wycombe who offer fantastic hybrid working. This role is offering a salary of £36,000 – 40,000 (full time equivalent, depending on experience) plus an annual bonus. You will be office based for 1 day per week.

The Reasonable Adjustments Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive fair and appropriate support throughout their assessment journey to ensure assessment parity. You will be responsible for leading the management of reasonable adjustments, working closely with internal teams, learners, employers and training providers to provide a consistent, cohesive and effective approach to assessing and co-ordinating reasonable adjustments.

Key experience for the Reasonable Adjustments Manager:

  • Experience interpreting educational assessments to determine the most appropriate support for learners.
  • Experience of analysing and presenting data.
  • Experience of working with dispersed and associate teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and how this impacts professional education.
  • Knowledge of a variety of educational adjustments which support inclusive education.
