Are you an experienced B2C customer service provider with great communication skills looking for a great new role in the High Wycombe area? Our client, based near High Wycombe, is looking for a proactive and caring team player to join them as a Customer Service Executive to support their lovely database of clients. You would be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing your own database of clients and contacting them regularly to ensure they are happy with the service they are being offered and are receiving. You would also provide customers with product information so they can decide what is best for them. You would be responding to queries efficiently and effectively alongside the company’s service level commitment, manage complaints efficiently and carry out any general admin associated with the role. This role is working in a busy call centre environment where there will be high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The role would be suitable for someone with similar experience that likes to excel in providing proactive, empathetic customer service! This role is 37.5 hours per week 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You will be fully office based until after you pass probation when you can apply to work 1 day per week from home. The salary for this role is up to £27,328.
