We are looking for a proactive and highly organised PA to the Managing Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some existing office administration experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be their right-hand support — managing day-to-day operations, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring the MD is always one step ahead. This office based role will be located in Wokingham offering a salary of £27,000. Working hours will be 8.30am–4.30pm (½ hour lunch) or 8.30am–5.00pm (1 hour lunch) – flexibility available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PA Duties (around 60%)
  • Managing the MD’s inbox, calendar, and appointments
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
  • Liaising at all levels and acting as the face of the company when representing the MD
  • Coordinating meetings, hospitality, and events
  • Providing general administrative support as required
  • Office Administration (around 40%)
    • Overseeing the company’s car fleet, including breakdowns and repairs
    • Managing company accreditations and renewals
    • Ordering office consumables and maintaining supplies
    • Acting as first aid coordinator
    • Liaising with the external HR provider for onboarding, leavers, and HR administration
    • Recording staff holidays and sickness
    • Handling incoming calls and general office queries
    • Organising company events, lunches, and hospitality bookings

    About You:

    • Previous office administration experience (essential)
    • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident liaising at all levels
    • Discreet, proactive, and adaptable
    • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
