They are looking for a candidate that has experience in managing a high volume of calls with great customer service experience.
Working hours are 30 hours per week, on a shift pattern usually working 5 days per week, 6 hours per day, between Monday and Sunday.
For this role, you need to be within an hour's commute to WINDSOR due to training in the office.
