Journey Further is seeking an experienced Delivery/Operations Lead to oversee three pod leads (gaming, CPG, AI/software) and standardize delivery across all client campaigns. You will own planning, resourcing and scheduling, ensuring campaigns land on time and on brief while maintaining high quality and profitability.
You will build workflows, introduce AI-enabled tooling and automated processes, and partner with the central resourcing team to allocate specialists and freelancers.
