We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SaaS companies. Alongside this, we manage a roster of highâperforming content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into longâlasting careers. Over the last 7 years, weâve worked with top brands and creators, executing awardâwinning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more. What You Will Do
- Directly manage a portfolio of creators, overseeing deals, schedules and inboxes to ensure highâquality delivery.
- Identify, pitch and sign leading and emerging creators to grow the exclusive talent roster in line with recruitment KPIs.
- Report on talent revenue and performance, and contribute to decisionâmaking for the talent department.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and deal terms to protect talent and agency interests.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Influencer Director on talent division strategy.
- Monitor platform performance, analytics and pricing benchmarks.
- Ensure creators meet deliverables and timelines for campaigns.
- Support the evolution of internal processes and ways of working within talent management.
- Identify opportunities to expand the talent team and support future hiring.
- Act as a trusted advisor to creators, balancing commercial ambition with longâterm sustainability.
- Attend inâperson meetings and events with the goal of recruiting talent to the agency and new brands to work with your creators.
- Collaborate with our campaign delivery team to identify relevant creators within our campaigns, suitable for management.
Requirements
- Significant experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator management, or digital advertising.
- Demonstrated experience managing creators and generating commercial revenue.
- Exposure to gaming, esports, tech or entertainment sectors is advantageous.
- Proactive sales mindset with proven ability to close commercial opportunities.
- Deep understanding of influencer platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, X, Meta).
- Knowledge of creator pricing models and performance metrics.
- Experience in pitching talent and negotiating brand partnerships.
