We're looking for a Junior Designer to join our Marketing & Creative teams on a three-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for a design student or emerging designer looking to gain hands-on agency experience while building a real-world portfolio. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to help bring the Journey Further brand to life across a wide range of internal initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Designing Journey Further marketing and brand assets across digital and print
  • Creating presentations & pitch decks, event collateral and campaign creative
  • Supporting the development of internal resources and brand materials
  • Collaborating with our Marketing & Creative teams to turn ideas into polished creative
  • Maintaining consistency across every Journey Further brand touchpoint
  • Supporting the wider Creative team on client projects when required

Requirements:

  • You have a portfolio that showcases strong attention to detail and a good eye for design, layout and typography
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop). AfterEffects is desirable
  • Experience with Figma (or a willingness to learn it)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • You'll ideally be studying/have studied Graphic Design

Contract type: This is a 3 month FTC, 37.5 hours a week. We are ideally looking for a mid-late July start.

Location: This role is based out of our Leeds office as this is where both teams are based. There is an in office requirement of x2 days per week.
