- Proven track record of consistently exceeding significant revenue targets (e.g., £2-5M+ in ACV revenue won), through complex, integrated digital marketing solutions (this is a pre-requisite for the role).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
- Experience with complex integrated performance marketing deals worth +£500K in annual contract value.
- Flexible ways of working to successfully integrate and influence a global team.
- Superior writing and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations for C-suite audiences.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Slides.
