Role purpose: To ensure best-in-class Paid Social strategy by driving forward department initiatives, whilst ensuring we’re on top of our game with the latest trends and insights. Establishing transparent, consistent and fair relationships with team members to drive integration between departments.
What you will do:
- Develop multi-platform Paid Social strategies that achieve measurable results
- Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, presenting strategic recommendations, delivering insights, and resolving campaign-related challenges
- Explore and utilise new platforms or methodologies to improve campaign performance and client value
- Create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
- Guide and support junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
- Oversee campaign performance across accounts, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to meet KPIs
- Be proficient in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Have a comprehensive understanding of how paid social integrates with other channels
- Lead large-scale campaigns, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, ensuring outstanding performance
- Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, reporting, and optimisation to enhance team efficiency

Requirements:
- You have extensive working experience in Paid Social managing high spending, complex accounts
- You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes
- You can define a strategy and work with a team to make that strategy come to life
- You have hands-on experience building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok, and a detailed technical knowledge of the platforms
- You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social
- You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
- You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
- You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
- You’re a confident communicator
- You’re self-motivated, ambitious and strive to be pioneering
Location: Ideally based out of our Leeds or Manchester office. (Please note that all of our roles require being in the office two days a week and are not remote)
Salary: £37,000 - £43,000
