We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SAAS companies. Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers. Over the last 7 years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more. What you will do:

  • Own day-to-day client relationships across small to mid-sized gaming accounts, while supporting senior managers and directors on larger gaming, entertainment, tech, and Saas accounts.
  • Act as the main client contact for influencer delivery across assigned gaming campaigns.
  • Lead client calls, status updates, creator reviews, and results presentations with confidence.
  • Translate client objectives into clear gaming influencer briefs, from awareness and community building to launches, downloads, pre-orders, footfall, sales, or retention.
  • Manage gaming influencer campaigns from brief intake through creator selection, live delivery, reporting, and wrap.
  • Source creators aligned to the brand, audience, game genre, platform, community, and commercial goals.
  • Identify the right mix of gaming creators, streamers, content creators, community voices, reviewers, and niche specialists across platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agents, talent managers, and gaming communities.
  • Negotiate creator fees, usage rights, whitelisting, streaming rights, exclusivity, deliverables, and content extensions.
  • Manage contracts, briefs, approvals, embargoes, disclosure, platform requirements, and compliance processes.
  • Track budgets, creator fees, production costs, and spend across campaigns.
  • Monitor live activity across streams, videos, social posts, comments, and community response, resolving issues quickly during delivery.
  • Produce clear reporting, insights, and recommendations across reach, views, watch time, engagement, sentiment, clicks, conversions, installs, sales, and repeat campaign value.
  • Stay close to gaming culture, creator trends, platform updates, new releases, community behaviour, and shifts across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and emerging gaming spaces.

Requirements:

  • You have experience working in gaming influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or social media agencies, with a strong understanding of gaming creators, platforms, communities, and campaign delivery.
  • You’ve worked in fast-paced agency environments before and have experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working in influencer marketing within the UK and US markets.
  • Confidence and credibility in client-facing situations, including calls and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of how influencer campaigns are planned, activated, and evaluated.
  • Commercial awareness and comfort discussing fees, value, and budgets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, agents, and clients.
  • Clear and structured communication style, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think strategically while staying focused on delivery details.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and drive to consistently source new influencer talent aligned to brand growth.

Locations: Leeds and Manchester - £28,000 - £33,000; London - £31,000 - £36,000.
