The old ways of advertising won’t get you found anymore. We’re building a new creative model designed to help brands cut through crowded markets – combining distinctive ideas with the scale and consistency required to show up everywhere that matters.

As a senior creative leader sitting directly under the Creative Director, you will shape the creative ambition and standard of our work. You’ll lead the development of standout ideas, cross‑channel campaign platforms and the ‘red threads’ that connect brands across social, search, programmatic media, creator ecosystems and emerging channels.

You’ll think beyond formats, creating ideas that flex from CTV to TikTok, from lo‑fi creator content to high‑impact brand moments. You’ll work closely with our Studio & AI Production teams to ensure ideas are built to scale without losing their edge.

You’ll also lead some of our key client relationships, support new business and own relationships with platform partners such as Google, Meta and TikTok – helping keep our work culturally relevant, platform‑native and future‑facing.

What you will do

  • Develop big ideas, campaign platforms and creative territories rooted in insight, culture and platform behaviour.
  • Work with our CD to lead on client relationships, pitching and new business opportunities. You’ll contribute the big ideas, or red thread, in multi‑channel pitches, and ensure that our clients’ brands are deployed consistently and creatively on whatever platforms they live on.
  • Partner with Strategy & channels to shape briefs and define creative opportunity, learning from what we see is working.
  • Identify emerging formats, cultural moments & opportunities.
  • Set new trends and best practices across brand, PR, social, and influencer spaces, for clients.
  • Direct our Senior Designer & AI Creatives to bring ideas to life.
  • Proactively push our projects where possible, spotting upsell opportunities or areas where we can drive extra business value for our clients like Interflora & Barbour.
  • Support our CD in developing the vision and strategic direction of the department.
  • Use generative design tools to explore variations, treatments and visual directions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform contacts like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap – so you’re on the pulse with how their platforms are changing.
  • Champion creative thinking in the agency & for our clients – helping channel teams to brainstorm better, and bring distinctiveness to their outputs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of original and highly creative conceptual campaigns, story‑driven creative, social‑first ideas.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to sell in big (and small ideas), articulating the rationale clearly, and building strong and trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, capable of managing multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuance, audience insight and behavioural signals.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools as part of ideation, not execution.
  • Skilled in directing designers, writers, creators and production teams.
  • Stay sharp on trends, tech, best practice and cultural shifts – and help us as a team stay on the pulse of them.
  • Fire in your belly & a passion to be part of what comes next for our industry.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Creative, Creative Lead or a similar role in an agency.
  • Examples of previous work involving brand platforms, integrated campaigns, social media or OOH/DOOH.
  • Experience pitching for and winning new business & managing client relationships.
  • Line management and mentorship experience desirable, although no direct reports at this stage.
