What you will do:
- Build, then personally lead and close the most complex, high-value, and global new business opportunities, acting as the senior point of contact and subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- Implement cutting-edge sales strategies to optimise pipeline conversion and accelerate revenue growth across the sales team. This includes pioneering new approaches for solution adoption.
- Serve as the agency's primary internal consultant and thought leader on intricate deal structuring, advanced negotiation strategies, and bespoke solution development for our most strategic prospects.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to develop innovative service packaging, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that unlock significant new revenue streams.
- Provide expert-level coaching and advanced mentorship to sales professionals across the organisation, focusing on complex deal navigation, sophisticated objection handling, and advanced sales methodologies to elevate the entire team's capability and performance.
- Strategically qualify inbound leads, ensuring their needs precisely align with agency solutions and nurture opportunities for longāterm, high-value partnerships.
- Represent the agency at key industry events and cultivate top-tier relationships to proactively uncover new sales opportunities aligned with our strategic growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding significant revenue targets (e.g., Ā£2ā5M+ in ACV revenue won), through complex, integrated digital marketing solutions (this is a preārequisite for the role).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problemāsolving skills with a focus on innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
- Experience with complex integrated performance marketing deals worth +Ā£500K in annual contract value.
- Flexible ways of working to successfully integrate and influence a global team.
- Superior writing and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations for C-suite audiences.
- Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Slides.
